What we collect on this website, why we collect it, and who else touches it. Written in plain language, and kept accurate to what the site actually does.

Who we are

Agentic Atlantic LLC is a service-area business based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. You can reach us at info@agenticatlantic.com or (757) 712-0188 about anything on this page, including a request to access or delete your information.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover systems we build and operate for our clients; when we handle data on a client's behalf, that client is responsible for their own privacy notice and we act on their instructions.

What we collect

When you fill in a form

We have two forms. The short consultation form asks for your name, email address, business website, and a message. The growth-plan form asks more: your business name, contact name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, a description of your business, your website, team size, and your answers to questions about how the business runs.

You choose what to put in these fields. Please don't include sensitive information — health details, financial account numbers, government identifiers — as none of it is needed and the forms aren't built to hold it.

When you use the site

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, roughly where visitors come from, which links get clicked, and whether the homepage video is played. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and protecting the site.

If you arrived from an ad

We advertise through Google Ads. If you reach us from an ad, Google may record that visit so we can see which ads lead to real inquiries. Where advertising storage is permitted (see the next section), Google and its partners may also use cookies to show you our ads on other sites you visit afterwards — commonly called remarketing.

Stored in your browser

The growth-plan form saves your answers in your own browser's local storage as you go, so you don't lose progress if you close the tab. It stays on your device, is cleared when you submit, and you can clear it yourself at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies. We run Google Consent Mode, and what happens depends on where you are:

  • In the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. We never ask for consent, so those cookies are not set — Google receives anonymous, cookieless signals only, and you are not added to any remarketing audience.
  • Everywhere else, including the United States, analytics and advertising storage — including ad personalization — are enabled by default.

You can turn this off wherever you are:

Nothing on this site stops working if you opt out, and we never treat an inquiry differently because of it.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and prepare for a consultation
  • To put together a proposal or growth plan for your business
  • To understand which pages and services people find useful, so we can improve them
  • To keep the site working and protect it from abuse

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else processes it

We keep the list of vendors short. These are the ones that can see data from this site:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and runs the code behind the forms
  • Resend — delivers form submissions to us by email
  • AgentMail — a second inbox that receives a copy of each submission so we can process inquiries promptly
  • Google — Analytics for website measurement, and Google Ads for advertising and remarketing, both subject to the consent rules above
  • Anthropic — when you describe your business on the growth-plan form, that short description (and nothing else) is sent to Anthropic's API to suggest a business category. No name, email, or phone number is included

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email and we keep them in our inbox — there is no separate customer database behind this website. We keep inquiries as long as they're useful for the relationship, and remove them on request. Google Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule for our property.

Your choices

Email info@agenticatlantic.com and we will, within a reasonable time and at no charge:

  • Tell you what we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete it, unless we're required to keep it
  • Stop contacting you

Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by law. We'd rather just honor them for everyone than argue about which statute applies.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the inboxes that receive submissions is restricted to our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we'll update this page and the date below. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
